Know When a Camera Goes Offline, Not Days Later.
Lookwell gives every Ring camera a health score and tells you, in plain words, when one drops offline, a battery is draining, the Wi-Fi is weak or the view looks blocked.
Every feature is included: 14-day free trial, then $3.99 a month, billed by Ring.

How It Works
What Camera Health watches
Offline: an alert when a camera goes offline, and another when it’s back, with how long it was out.
Battery: a warning when a battery is low or draining faster than usual, with the day it’s likely to run out.
Wi-Fi: Ring’s own signal rating, followed over the week.
Lens: a note when the view keeps looking blurry, fogged or blocked, or the camera seems to have moved.
A score out of 100 for each camera, made only of what could be measured, with an online history for the week.
What You Need
- Ring cameras or doorbells shared with Lookwell
- For the lens check: Snapshot Capture on (required for any picture) and end-to-end encryption off
- Offline and battery alerts work on every camera, encrypted or not
Good to Know
- Lookwell can’t fix a camera; it tells you what to check: power, Wi-Fi or the lens.
- Battery levels come from Ring and are read every few minutes, so a change can take a little while to show.
- Lookwell isn’t a security system; don’t rely on it for safety.
